The apiary awakens
At dawn we open the hives with the beekeeper and learn to read the life of the comb. Non-migratory beekeeping: we only take the surplus.
We pull on our boots before the sun is up. A beekeeping workshop at a living hive: the beekeeper shows us how to spot the queen, the fresh nectar and the new wax while the Bullas mountains wake up. Back at the villa, the honey table: a tasting of 4 premium honeys with a sweet surprise, paired with our LITHA sweet wine. It is part of our project to regenerate the high plateau’s ecosystem.
